Tomorrow Plan Project
The Tomorrow Plan Project is part of a three-year project directed by China’s Ministry of Civil Affairs in which China has undertaken a massive humanitarian project to provide free corrective surgeries for handicapped orphans.
The Tomorrow Plan will involve more than 30,000 handicapped children. To meet the goals of this project, joint efforts are needed from thousands of people.
